Existential Reckoning is the fourth studio album by the Los Angeles-based rock band Puscifer, led by Maynard James Keenan. Released in 2020, the album features a heavy reliance on vintage synthesizers and digital workstations from the late 70s and early 80s, such as the Fairlight CMI and Synclavier. The album's sound is characterized by its '80s-influenced electronic landscapes, complex rhythms, and satirical lyrical themes. It was recorded at North Hollywood's Sunset Sound and was supported by a series of high-production livestream events during the global lockdowns.
