"Affective Neuroscience" by Jaak Panksepp explores the neurobiological foundations of human and animal emotions. It examines the brain circuits and neurochemicals involved in primary emotional systems, providing insights into the biological basis of feelings and behavior.
The closest one I ever encountered probably is affective Neuroscience panp book he's uh I'm So I must say um you've mentioned pup a few times and and Yak Pang up uh as some of you may know but perhaps most of you don't is was such a gift to science and the fact that I think the first time I heard you lecture in one of your YouTube lectures you mentioned Yak Pang up and I thought okay like this guy knows knows the good stuff because he was the first one to talk about juvenile play as a way of exploring circuitry and social dynamics such such and that fit by the way that fit perfectly with PJ's observations of childhood socialization
""Huberman mentions "Affective Neuroscience" by Jaak Panksepp as a valuable resource for understanding the neuroscience of emotion. He recognizes Panksepp's pioneering work on the neurobiological basis of emotions, particularly his research on juvenile play and its connection to social dynamics."
